The “Daldhis” Party is a progressive democratic political party in Somalia founded by a
group of Somali politicians, intellectuals and social activists from different parts of the
country, with a wide range of experience.
“Daldhis” party is concerned about the war crimes in Gaza. For Palestinians the war did
not begin on the morning of October 7 with Hamas’s attacks on Israel. Rather, for them,
the war has been ongoing since 1948, when israel expelled Palestinians from their
homes and killed tens of thousands in what is called the “catastrophe”.
The expansion of Israeli settlements in the West Bank has led the majority of
Palestinians to believe that Israel is not committed to reaching an agreement, but rather
to a pursuit of establishing permanent control over this territory in order to provide that
security.
Solidarity expressed in these rallies reflects a broader dissatisfaction with how Israel,
with Western support by giving them more weapons and arms, has subjected
Palestinians to military occupation since 1967. Israel’s ruthless policies of land
confiscation, illegal settlement and dispossession, coupled with rampant discrimination,
have inflicted immense suffering on Palestinians, depriving them of their basic rights.
The Israel government have publicly and openly declared their intention to commit war
crimes against the people of Gaza saying that they intend to starve food, electricity and
water to 2.2 million people. Israel government are raining down thousands of the most
sophisticated missiles known to humanity onto most densely populated area in the
world.
An Israeli strike has killed more than 500 Palestinians at Al-Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza
City, according to Gaza’s health ministry. This is a campaign of genocide we are
witnessing. White phosphorus chemical bombs confirmed by human rights watch was
not enough to open your eyes. Over 1000 dead children wasn’t enough. Will
